Since we launched Zooomy (then CaniFlow) in April 2024 (over 18 months ago) we have managed to maintain our prices and service levels despite increasing costs from our suppliers. We've done this by buying in greater quanitites to get better prices and also by seeking out better value suppliers, components and postage options.
Unfortunately we can't maintain the same prices indefinitely and from 1st February 2026 we will make some changes to our postage and our prices.
What's changing?
New prices:
100ml Zooomy Dog: £21 (subscription £16.80)
250ml Zooomy Dog £47 (subscription £37.60)
500ml Zooomy Dog £89 (subscription £71.20)
60ml Zooomy Cat £16 (subscription £12.80)
Our standard postage charge of £3.99 on purchases below £25 will not change but our standard service will change to Tracked 48, including subscriptions. Tracked 24 overnight service will continue to be available for a £1.50 surcharge.
Cut-off times for same-day despatch will be extended from 1pm to 10pm.
We will deliver 7 days a week.
When will these changes take place?
Prices and postage services will change as of 1st February 2026
Why are we telling you now?
So that everyone, whether you buy every month or less regularly can get the opportunity to prepare before the new prices kick in.
Why are you increasing your prices?
We are acutely aware of the huge increases in the cost of living that have occurred, principally since COVID, and we don't change our prices lightly. We have absorbed many costs in the last 18 months but it has become unsustainable to continue to do so.
What can you do to mitigate this increase?
If you're not already on a subscription but intend to buy regularly, now is a great time to sign up and lock in a 20% saving on normal pricing. You have full control over when your orders are made which you can update yourself or email us with your instructions. An email notification is sent 48 hours before an order is placed.
