We’re Humphrey and Joanna - we’re the husband and wife vet team behind Zooomy. 

We pride ourselves on NOT being a faceless corporation but a family-run business that’s founded on our decades of experience as practising vets. We’re also of course, lifelong animal lovers.

Q. Are there any restrictions on selling?

TikTok, Amazon & Ebay are restricted and only allowed on a pre-approved basis. If you’d like to discuss selling via these channels please contact Vicky, our trade specialist via email at vicky@zooomy.com

Q. What’s the shelf life of Zooomy?

Zooomy has a shelf life of 3 years and will typically have a minimum of 30 months shelf life when you receive your order. We keep stocks high so we never run out - so your customers will be able to confidently keep their Zooomy routine going, month after month. 

Q. Can I offer subscriptions as a trade stockist? 

Yes - and we highly recommend you do! We’ve intentionally set higher margins to enable you to offer discounts on subscription orders without eating into your profits.

Q. How are applications assessed?

Each application is assessed manually taking into consideration your location, business, and customer base to ensure being a stockist will be mutually beneficial. You’ll typically be contacted within 48hrs with a status update on your application. 

Q. Can I access a trial pack?

We offer a starter pack for retailers to give you the opportunity to trial the product with your own dog(s) or cat(s). This allows you to see the Zooomy effect for yourself - so you can stock and sell with confidence. Just contact us at vicky@zooomy.com to discuss.

Q. How is Zooomy different from other joint supplements?

Zooomy is formulated by vets using long-chain hyaluronic acid. Only long-chain HA has been shown to be absorbed and to increase the hyaluronic acid content in joint fluid to  soothe stiff and sore joints supporting mobility and wellbeing. It’s also incredibly easy to give to dogs and cats since it’s a liquid formula that’s virtually tasteless. Plus it contains zero protein, sugar or fat - making it safe to give alongside medication and to pets on restricted diets.  You can read more about the science here!
